As we embrace the new year, it may help to remember that the turning of the year doesn’t call for grand plans or perfect routines. I’ve known Alex for years and he’s someone who cares for the people he knows. He will not hesitate to go the extra mile to help if it’s within his means and I’ve personally benefitted from his help in different aspects of my life over the years. Especially in terms of insurance, I really appreciate his help to push through my case for me as my case was not as straightforward. Thanks for being a great friend and advisor!

I was introduced to Alex by my sister who greatly appreciated his good customer service, detailed explanation, good followup and recommendations, patience and always approachable and who readily make himself available to meet to explain the policy or whatever understanding needed . I found him to be good and wished I had known him earlier so I could be wiser in my purchase of health and fund policies that meet my needs and not the need of the agent for better commission Though busy, he still followup and only 1 call away whenever I have issues to discuss Recently I called for meeting to discuss my Prudential funds and to better understand the recent host of cancer related coverage on the daily news. He not only came to meet promptly upon my call but came prepared with printouts and presentation. I am impressed with his service and has no hesitation to recommend him to whoever are looking for a good insurance consultant/ advisor

Alex comes as a genuinely professional individual who is committed to serve his clients; very much approachable and responsive to qeuries and requests. Alex's willingness to go the extra mile to find answers and resolve claims to help his clients is appreciable. I was blessed when he help resolved claims that were stuck for months due to some clerical error on the hospital end. He resolved it for me by engaging both the hospital and Prudential for me. The three key qualities that makes a good Financial Planner: “Responsive”, “Reliable” and “Customer first”. Alex possesses it all. He is always there whenever help is needed on insurance matters, hospital admission, and claims. Individuals with hospitalisation coverage needs will benefit from meeting Alex and am sure he would be able to help with other insurance and investment planning as well.

I’ve known Alex Kong for many years. I know he has been through a lot of growing, learning and challenges in his life. Throughout, he’s been gracious, patient and a gentleman. He likes to learn and he likes to share and help others. He has a wonderful ability to grasp and put together his many knowledge of health, investment and insurance and share it simply to add value and benefit to others. I’d highly recommend to give Alex a chance to share with you what he knows. He looks unassuming but his big heart and big head (in him, these are positive traits😁) have always endeared him to his friends and clients.

I am a critical illness survivor. As a result I realized how under-insured I was and how difficult it is to get insurance once you have contracted a critical illness. I tried many time over the years and my application was always rejected. I have almost given up until Alexander was assigned to service my policies. He is the difference maker. He reviewed my policies and listened to my story carefully. Then he said to me he can help if I am willing to work with him and provide the necessary reports and documentation. With nothing to lose I agreed. Then of he go to work submit in my case. Over the weeks he deftly handled all the underwriters requirements that showed up. Then one fine day he surprised me with a visit. "Congratulations you got it!!" he said and I couldn't believe my ears. Alex informed me that my critical illness policy has been accepted with standard condition and will only exclude the cancer she had previously. What a breakthrough. I am thankful for Alexander attention to details. For I am convinced if there is way, Alex will be the one to help me to get covered. He is the difference maker.
