Alexander was assigned to me as the new consultant to me last year. It was nice for him to drop by and share the updates on the policy. He was professional and helped with our enquiries. We took a new policy and he helped us to get it done with timely assistance. Hoping to get his advice in future as well.

I’ve known Alex Kong for many years. I know he has been through a lot of growing, learning and challenges in his life. Throughout, he’s been gracious, patient and a gentleman. He likes to learn and he likes to share and help others. He has a wonderful ability to grasp and put together his many knowledge of health, investment and insurance and share it simply to add value and benefit to others. I’d highly recommend to give Alex a chance to share with you what he knows. He looks unassuming but his big heart and big head (in him, these are positive traits😁) have always endeared him to his friends and clients.

As an agent, Alex is patient when explaining and does it until I understand. He is also an honest person and more concerned with the benefits of his customers and not just closing the sale. What I like the most in Alex is his patience and honesty. I am very grateful to Alex for helping and supporting us, when my husband passed away and helping me look for a job when I needed to.

Alexander is caring, detailed and meticulous in his ways to support his client and friends. I was very lucky that he came to do a review for me when he did. In a short time he not only reviewed the many policies I had, he quickly and clearly surfaced to me that I had no hospital coverage of my own. From this incident and also from knowing Alexander for years, I know I can count of him and his analytical mind to offer insight and surface any gaps and issues on any financial matters.
