I have known Alexander only for a short while but he has done a great many service both as an adviser as well as a friend. I have seen him being there to help my late friend's family Michael Chua to go through the difficult and trying times. He made sure all the insurance matters are settle and the family was able to focus on grieving and putting their life back together. He listens to them and help them whenever possible. He even help me with personal problems by finding solutions to resolve them. When I had trouble processing medical claims, he would come over and sort it out and be the key link between himself, the hospital and Prudential.
